Lapp Breeders guarantees this puppy to be free of all communicable diseases for a period of three (3) days from the date of delivery. Lapp Breeders guarantees this puppy to be free of genetic disease until the puppy reaches six (6) months of age. This health guarantee does not cover skin conditions,parasites, coccidiosis, kennel cough, or any other type of bacterial infection does not render your puppy unhealthy and breeder is not responsible. Any vet bills are now the soul responsibility of the new owner, no money will be reimbursed for any vet bills. This guarantee also does not cover illness or infections caused by poor care or negligence by the owner.
This puppy is guaranteed by Lapp Breeders for any of the following:
If within the first 72 hours the puppy receives a certified diagnosis of parvovirus infection.
If within three (3) days the puppy receives a certified diagnosis of a preexisting illness that requires veterinarian treatment.
If within the first six (6) months of purchase the puppy receives a certified diagnosis of having a debilitating congenital defect including but not limited to: heart murmur, epilepsy, deafness, blindness, or hip dysplasia. White boxers may be blind or deaf when born. We do not guarantee blindness or deafness in a white boxer at birth or after purchasing.
A white boxer needs to cared for with a little more consideration for they become sunburned quite easily.
A certifeid diagnosis is defined as: a positive diagnosis by a veterinary teaching hospital or a state licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) acceptable to the breeders own veterinarian.
The guarantee is void in the event of an undeterminable of inconclusive diagnosis. Guarantee does not include any illness due to ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals or physical injury.
If your puppy displays any indicationof poor health within the first thre (3) days or any of the previously mentioned conditions exist , Lapp Breeders must be contacted and the puppy taken to a certified veterinarian for neccessary treatment. If any of the above conditions exist, Lapp Breeders will gladly honor its guarantee by replacing the puppy with a new, weaned puppy of similar breeding value subject to availability, upon receipt of written statement from a certified DVM. Purchaser bears all costs associated with the return of the original puppy. This guarntee does not provide for any monetary refunds of any kind. The owner must surrender AKC papers at that time. Failure to abide by the guidelines of this guarntee will cause this guarntee to become null and void. This guarntee will aslo become null and void should the puppy be given any vaccanations within the first ten days of purchase. Lapp Breeders does not pay any veteranary bills incurred by the owner and requires that the veterinarian of our choosing verify any genetic conditions before any puppies change ownership.
If at anytime during the life of this puppy you cannot keep the puppy, the breeder has first opportunity to take puppy back with no refunds. We check to make sure you keep ownership of any puppy purchased from Lapp Breeders you will be fined $1000.00 for selling or giving away any puppy purchased from Lapp Breeders the puppy must be returned to Lapp Breeders if you cannot care for the puppy. This puppy is to never go to a humane society or Dog Pound EVER!!!
